ALPHA Active Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headphones

Only lasted 2 years and the ear piece broke off. Also no designated button for turning microphone on and off. I didn’t realize I wanted that until I kept having to find the microphone button on my computer during calls.

This is my first time with the brand. I am impressed. I have, however, now initiated a return. I really enjoyed the sound of these headphones. Noise cancellation is great. There is a slight hum when off as it is waiting to connect again. The touch controls are garbage. Although I enjoy tactile buttons I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Any tap even by some surfaces will trigger a control. You may not use it while lying down. I have owned qc35, qc45, airpods max, and sony xm4. I hate touch controls. These are great competition at a super price. This is a small complaint persistant enough for a return. I hope for a future model that lets go of novel ideas in favor solid features.

My headphones showed up dirty. Like stains on the fake leather parts.The sound is disappointing. There were so many reviews saying these were excellent however, my $100 pixel buds sound way better.They don’t fit my head if I have a hat on, which in the winter is a big deal. The companion app never paired to my headset eitherThese may be for you but at this price they are most definitely not for me.
