In love with the sound quality and noise cancelling feature.

The sound quality is very good but it would have been better if the Dirac-Virtuo feature allowed you access tothe graphic equalizer to further fine-tune it to one’s own liking. Also, clear instructions should have been givenas to how to fold the headphone to put them in their case. The instructions in the case itself are not very clear.

For the price , these are excellent headphones. Based on mediocre reviews and experience of the Mainstream brands , i decided to try these. The battery life is insane I think 32 hours. They are comfortable, light weight , and the sound is great . Why I give the 4 stars is due to noise canceling. It just Doesn’t compare to my Bose that blocked everything out. They broke after 2 years and why I bought these. If your on the fence , go for it .

I have had these for a about 10 months. Let me say the audio is up there with Sony and Bose. In fact I replaced Sony Wx4’s with these and they sound just as good. The ANC works well in most situations and the spatial audio feature sounds great. The best part of my experience so far though has been the customer service. The head band on mine started coming apart. I emailed customer service. They looked up my order on Amazon and had me send a pic of the issue. I had brand new headphones in less than a week. If you are thinking about getting new cans, get these and save a couple hundred bucks from Sony or Bose. These are just as good, and the customer service is better than either of the others.

Noise cancellation is good, very bulky, far more than my Bose. The spatial sound is why I bought them, the spatial sound is just okay

I first saw these on Target’s online store when I was looking up headphones to buy, I love collecting headphones always have. I have a great many pairs all ranging from Shure to Sennheiser to Fiios (One of my favs) more consumer known such as Apple’s line up including the AirPods Max (another personal fav) And I have found and this, of course, is just my personal opinion from my personal experience is they all have their strengths and based on my taste I have developed a small mental checklist I put new headphones up against. Packaging, presentation, as the old saying goes “first impressions are everything” Second is, build quality, are the materials used appropriate to the price being asked and not just esthetically which is essential but the guts, the materials that drive the quality of the sound. Third, Software, to me software great software, complements the hardware used to house it and its really the culmination of the user experience. Software to me is like the gears behind a clock, like all your bodily organs, you know they’re there working to keep you going but you dont have to think about them in order to function. Fourth is compatibility, I have two phones, one an iPhone because I am, unashamedly an Apple lover because of everything I have listed above they truly have the entire user experience down to a science, all their products work seamlessly together right out of the box. I also own an android phone, its a gaming phone made by Xiaomi so Bluetooth headphones I buy I test them on it as well, and these headphones the Cleer Alphas really have passed my “taste” test, I ATM can’t list one bad or terrible thing about them. I can’t wait to see what else they come up with!!
