A lot review seem to compare this to the Sony XM5 and while the XM5 has better features and ANC, at half the price, Cleer Alpha is a great alternative.I’ve had the headphones for a couple days and am constantly impressed how great it is considering the price point. ANC is pretty good and the mic quality is better than most headphones I’ve used. Sound quality is also great though you will definitely need to install the app to change the settings as the original Sound out of the box is a bit tiny.Pros:- Great build. Solid construction. Detachable magnetic earcups.- Great mic quality- Well designed – probably one of the best looking headphones in the market-Overall sound is great even though bass can be lacking. The Dirac virtuo option is particularly great.Cons:- App is a bit finicky to use. Not as much customization as it could have- It is heavier than some other headphones our there- Bass is not as strong as others

The outside noise feature is wonderful. Especially, after using the app. Noise cancellation is also quite good. In fact, I get upset with my wife because she never hears me when she’s wearing them! Even if I yell! LOL! They are sturdy and dependable. I had to take them off my car’s bluetooth because they connect to my car from 100s of feet away, much to my Wife’s chagrin, since we have different tastes in audio entertainment So the bluetooth has amazing distance from the phone or stereo. They are comfortable on her head although they are bulky to sleep in, if that is your preference. Not near enough bother to take a star off and these are headphones, which are not the media hardware in which to sleep, in my opinion. At this price point, I don’t think you’ll find better headphones! They also offer great support with questions or technical issues! I will buy again!
