Aside from one minor issue due to my wife’s unreasonably small ear canals, these are great headphones. Sound is excellent. The smart case and display are a step above anything else I have seen. Battery life is great. Comfort is great for most people with normal ears.Unfortunately unlike me, my wife has unusually small ear openings so this does kind of overlap and press on the bony ridges and cause her some discomfort after about an hour. But this should not be an issue for 90% or more of people using these so please take that into consideration. The build quality and performance are absolutely top notch and I highly recommend based on that. You should know if you fall into the 10% that may have an issue if you tend to have trouble even with in ear headphones popping out, then this style may also cause an issue overlapping the ear canal.

I absolutely love these open-ear headphones! They’re incredibly comfortable and stay in place even during my runs. The sound quality is impressive for an open-ear design—clear highs and decent bass without compromising my ability to hear my surroundings. I feel so much safer when jogging outside, as I can easily stay aware of traffic and other noises. Battery life is great too, lasting me through multiple workouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, safety, and good sound on the go!

To compare, I have some Bose 700 headphones, a few different Jabra earbuds from the last 2-5 years. I like both Bose and Jabra, each serving different needs. I also have some cheaper earfun earbuds I use for video conferencing, which I’ve liked. I’ve also used higher quality Sennheiser and other wired brands. So when I say that these shocked me by the sound quality when I first turned them on, I wasn’t starting from just knowing cheap options. They really did. The overall quality is amazing, the adjustments are fairly robust, and while I’m not quite sold on the froufrou charging case, the combination of all these bring for the price really does put them as my new favorites. Some negatives: they were a little hard to set up at first, not least because the charging case is more complicated than its own good, causing false starts and taking a few attempts to get through the process. The fitting was a little weird at first, because while they say they are adjustable, it’s not really that much and I’d like more of a locking than bendy movement for over the ear. I had to take time to figure out how it fit right. The good far, far outweighs the bad. The app is useful and the overall functioning really does seem to be moving in some helpful directions, though it will take me time to get used to using head gestures for controls. But it is definitely worth getting to know all these do because while you get to know them, you’ll have top quality sound in a nice combination of quality and size, making them more comfortable than my Bose and more secure than my Jabra in outdoor activities. Big win here.

These sound better than my Sony in-ear buds. The head tracking for films is great. The screen on the case is amazing.

I had high hopes for the Cleer Arc 3 open-ear headphones, but they didn’t meet expectations. The sound quality is decent, but the volume doesn’t get loud enough, especially in noisy environments. The fit is also uncomfortable for extended use and feels awkward on smaller ears. While the open-ear concept is great for staying aware of surroundings, it compromises the overall audio experience. For the price, I expected better performance and comfort.

So far, I am really enjoying these wireless earbuds.  I’ve struggled to adopt wireless earbuds for some reason… so I’m hoping this style might be a better fit for me. Right off the bat, a couple of things I love… 1) The earbuds turn on when you open the case and they’re easy to put on and I don’t really feel them when I’m wearing them. I do also wear readers and they easily slide on and off without disturbing the earbuds. I also like that I can hear ambient noise while I’m wearing them, which is great for when I’m walking and want to hear cars, people who might talk to me, etc. 2) I love the voice control!! So easy!! 3) I love the head motion control for accepting and hanging up calls. The companion app is easy to download and does not require a login, which I appreciate. The app is loaded full of features such as turning off/on voice and head control along with various sound quality options including Dolby Atmos. One of the best features is the in-app User Manual! This is awesome for when I forget how to do something, but it’s basically the same as the included pamphlet. I wish it had more detailed information. For example, it says it has sterilization feature, but I can’t figure out from the small drawing, how to activate it and there are no words explaining what to do.The charging case is easy to use and charges either with the included USB cable or via mag charger or charging mat. The color display on the case lid displays the time and the percent remaining battery life of the earplugs. There is also a weird little set of Chinese characters at the bottom that I have not been able to get rid of and I know why they’re there or what they mean. What’s really amazing is that the earphones have a battery charge that runs for 10 hours of playtime and the case provides another 40 hours of additional battery charging capability. I’m still trying to get the hang of several features and how to control them via taps on each earbud, but much of the usage is pretty intuitive. The included instruction pamphlet covers the basics and is helpful, but not comprehensive. The only issue I’ve run into is that incoming calls do not come through the earbuds right away… I have to choose which mode I want on my phone. Hopefully, I will figure out how to resolve this and have the earphones connect immediately like they do for outgoing calls. In conclusion, these are really deluxe earbuds loaded with features and I think I’m going to be able to adopt them and finally get rid of my last pair of corded earbuds!
