ARC 3 Open Ear Earbuds

I’m really enjoying these headphones. At 1st I wasn’t sure if I liked them as they take a little bit of time to get used to them at least for me. Once I figured out how to put them on without tapping them they worked much better for me.The firmware update doesn’t seem to work well as I kept having to try again but eventually I was able to update them.The sound quality is very good, bass response is not heavy though so if you are into bass these probably not the best as they sit on your ear instead of going into your ears like earbuds. If I press them to my ears they sound better but of course you can’t walk around holding them up against your ears.I do love that I can hear outside noises and these work great for my job as I need to hear the outside world while wearing them.The EQ works well with presets and a custom EQ though I would like to have more than one custom EQ.The Dolby Atmos doesn’t really make a difference listening to music but I would think with movies it will but I only listen to music with them.They are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time which I can’t do with earbuds and my glasses sit on top of them without issue.As far as the app, it seems to be lacking a bit. The app doesn’t show the current song or artist but it does have a volume slider, pause, previous track and next track. Not a whole lot you can with the app.The touch controls are just ok, the stop works but I keep having to pressing to start playback again. Maybe a firmware update can adjust the sensitivity of the touches.Call quality is excellent, I could hear clearly and my caller could hear me clearly.Case is pretty cool and I like the UV cleaning but I do have trouble sometimes getting it off the main screen.Battery life is really good too.My review may seem a bit negative but I do love these headphones. I would highly suggest them.
