I have to say that by far the product that I purchased from you the arc 3, is genuinely a quantum leap Forward in this technology. Every call I make is completely clear. Every time I listen to music it is amazing the sound that comes out of these earphones and into my head. I would suggest to anyone that uses Bluetooth headsets for business. That this is by far and away the best investment you could ever make. I am totally satisfied with this product and with the way this company does business congratulations on making the best headset I’ve ever used

Tons of features, extremely loud max volumes, lots of customization, voice commands, and the Dolby movie feature are plain amazing!!!This is my second pair, as the first pair had some issues but they were quick to send me out a replacement set.This set works perfectly and I am having zero issues with it.I love watching movies on my tablet with these bad boys for awesome theater like sound. Or chilling out late night with some acoustic chill vibes.I highly recommend picking up a pair for yourself and giving them a try.

Function was fine but had to return do to the material used to make these buds. Maybe it’s the so called sweat resistant material.Claims to be adjustable but not much at all.Sound quality very good. Controls work well.

These Open Ear headphones are the most unique that I have ever owned. Due to the unavailability of another brand I chose to take a chance on these. The concept of the style sound and look did not disappoint at all. The sound is great the fit is great and one thing that no other head phone that I ever had was the voice intelligent with out asking Siri to do anything. The charging case is really awesome. You can make the same changes via the charging case versus having to unlock phone and make changes. I really want to buy another pair but they are a little pricey. But money well spent.

The hooks work to keep them in place and the case provides plenty of recharges, pairing was straightforward, the only issue I had was the case was in chinese when I first started, but after a reset, it was fine.

Im a person who has bought all kinds of bluetooth headsets, from apple/ Beats/ Bose/ LG and other brands, i bought a pair of the Cleer Arc3 and i love the light weight and open ear, but i had a little issue with my right piece and let me say this, im so happy with Anna who offered me a second replacement set, and i just received it and they do work perfectly, thank you Anna , i do recommend this product and the customer service is amazing .
