    I love that the packaging was not Ft Knox. It was secure, but easy to get into. The documentation is very clear and easy to follow. The headsets feel awesome. Unlike other brands, I don’t find myself having to put up with a small amount of pain. The adjustability on the headset itself allowed me to make it for exactly right for my ears. The setup was easy. Then there’s the charging box. It’s a little heavier, but the functionality is truly amazing. From disinfecting the headsets as they charge to having a screen that can be used to control the headsets, I am delighted with this purchase. They can do a lot – so I am back to studying the documentation. Did I mention they sound GREAT?

    What a great clear sound! After downloading the app I was able to adjust the EQ and it makes a difference with the entire sound stage that you get from the music. The advanced features are top notch and with the lightweight ear hooks this set up will be my go to every time I hit the gym! This open style ARC 3 is a must have to any collection!

    I love using headsets. I am the type that walks around town with a headset on (usually, noise canceling covering my ears), and I have ALWAYS gotten complaints from family and friends about how the background noise that is around me is amplified right along with my voice. The frustration often ended calls. I had gone through a slew of other headsets trying to find a solution to no avail. Well, This headset was the answer. Not only can I walk around town without looking like I am trying to shut out the world because I love to listen to lectures and discussions, but when I am on a call, I can be in a busy store and my family on the other end doesn’t want to jump off the call because of how noisy it is around me. The background noise is muffled, but they can hear me clearly. It is exactly what I have been looking for. In addition, I *loathe* silicone earbuds stuck in my ears. I get fatigued in my ears from those, which was why I favored a full on headset covering my ears. This headset I could wear all day. I don’t look like I am trying to shut out the world, my family on the other end is not frustrated with hearing every single noise around me while they try to hear me, and I don’t need to experience ear fatigue from a silicone earbud. I am so pleased to have finally found a solution that headphones and earbuds didn’t provide a solution for. Highly recommend. Oh! And the sound is incredible!

    The arc works as advertised. Battery provides long service time, more than few days of usage (with 3-4 hours of activity every day). Use it for watching and listening to TV and use a mobilephone during this – easy switching back and force from TV to phone and back. It fits fit to ear, allows you to hear sound outside but does not interrupt you conversation or listening. Do not irritate your ears internally like some other devices. Highly recommend this device.

    I have had mixed feelings about these. I think I have been using them for 3 months now. First off I really love the fact that these will raise and lower based on ambient noise. I am not sold on the fit of them though, I really think they could be a little more adjustable. The sound quality is outstanding, its deep and just feels like it should without adding a poorly calibrated EQ. I do prefer buttons over the tap stuff, sometimes I will scratch my ear and it will pause or skip. I do love that I can disable all tap functionality though or change what each tap does. Game Changer. The case is amazing, it UV cleans, charges, and you can adjust settings all on it.
