There are four physical buttons on the Enduro ANC left earcup- a Voice Assistant/Active Noise Cancelling button, a Power/Multi-function button, and two buttons for volume control.
What is the recommended way to clean your Enduro ANC?
You can use a wet paper towel with a little bit of mild soap. Be cautious to avoid water spray into the earcups.

How to connect your Enduro ANC to a smart phone?
With the product turned off, press and hold the power button until the LED blinks white and red. At this point, the product is in pairing mode and you should find "Cleer Enduro ANC" on your smart device's bluetooth list.
Can the Enduro ANC connect to a computer?
Yes, we provide two ways to connect to a computer. If your computer supports Bluetooth audio, you can connect your headphone wirelessly to your computer. If you prefer to connect using a wire, a 3.5mm cable is provided as well.
Can the Enduro ANC reconnect automatically after disconnected?
Yes, when the heaphone is powered on, it will search for the last paired device for 10 minutes and automatically reconnect when in range.
Can Enduro ANC support two connected devices?
Yes, the ENDURO ANC noise cancelling headphones can connect to two devices. To pair a second device, please refer back to your user manual and how to enter pairing mode. And go to your device manually connected your Enduro ANC.
Is the bluetooth connection stable?
Enduro ANC bluetooth noise cancelling headphones uses Qualcomm's QCC5124 solution alongside our rigorously tested antenna design. The result is a faster and more stable bluetooth connection.
How do you clear bluetooth memory?
Starting with the product off, enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the power button and the LED will turn to blinks white and red, keep on the button until you see the LED blinks Red three time. At this time, the product will clear its bluetooth history and power off.
Can I make a call?

How do you enter Ambient mode?
Press the Active Noise Cancelling button to cycle through Noise Cancelling Mode, Custom Ambient Mode, and Off. You can enter Ambient mode by using Cleer+ app.

Yes. When there is a call, the music will automatically pause. When you hang up, it will resume playing automatically.

On Android devices, you may also be able to find an exact battery life percentage in your bluetooth settings.
Is there a low battery reminder?
Yes. When the headphone battery is less than 10%, there will be a “low battery” voice prompt.
Is the metal earcup ring removable?
No, the ENDURO ANC's earcup ring cannot be removed.

I am not an audiophile, but after looking at many reviews I decided to get this pair of headphones because they were touted as amazing sound quality for the price. I don’t know what they sound like compared to higher-end models, but they are certainly the best sounding headphones I’ve purchased. They have a nice weight to them while being lightweight. They’re also super comfortable. I’ve worn them for several hours and don’t have any issues with discomfort. The controls are easy to use as well.Unfortunately, my headphones randomly started having issues within the first week. I thought it was my ear being weird because I’ve had similar issues. About a month into use the noise cancellation in my right ear broke, creating white noise.I couldn’t find anything about this in reviews or elsewhere online, so I called warranty services for a repair. I expected the usual hassle of waiting to get to talk to an actual person to justify the repair. Instead, I got straight through to the wonderful warranty service agent, Linda (I didn’t even need to press any numbers). She listened to my issues with the headphones and gave me the email to get the process started on a replacement. I think the phone call lasted maybe five minutes total. The next day (a Sunday), I get an email asking for my address to send my address. This was five days ago and I got my replacement pair today and they’re working wonderfully. This is truly the best customer service experience I’ve had when dealing with technology.

Really solid pair of headphones especially for the price. First up the audio is crazy cleer and i was suprised to find the bass was really good a punchy it will not disappoint if you like a lot of bass. They’re extremely comfortable go completely over the ear which was a big worry for me because my ears are huuuge and elven ive worn them for hours straight no hotspots or anything so overall comfort is really nice. Now noise cancellation could be better but isnt bad for the price its best at canceling sounds like fans, faucets, and the distant sound of the highway almost completely. Battery life is crazy can easily last for a whole week or more on a single charge i also like the set up of how to work it its really simple and easy to get the hang of. My biggest complaint though would be that its not very loud this isnt a very big problem but i wish it was a little louder most headphones you only have to keep on around75-80% these are around 90% this shouldn’t keep anyone from buying them and if its a really big problem for you can go to eq settings in the app and put all the slides up all the way it will make it WAY louder. I should also point out that they’re also just a really good looking pair of headphones and feel really nice, and the app is also really easy to use. So overall i would say there probably one of the best headphones for the price range there are some things that would be nice to be added like a hard case and replacement ear cups you can buy and theyre probably not as good as like AirPods max or Sony xm4’s but are a stellar pair of headphones that are worth the money.

At first the headphones seemed okay, they had a couple minor things that bugged me. The sound quality was good and battery life was great! I did some digging I found a support article saying I could fix the audio issues I had within their app. Those issues, EQ related, were resolved as long as the app was running. The biggest issue is the padding exploding out after only 8 months. Could be a simple defect. I was offered a replacement, so a satisfactory experience overall.

This is the first set of Cleer headphones that I have tried. The construction and feel of quality really define them. However, quality in mind, they are a bit on the heavy side. I think I would prefer them to be at least a *tad* bit lighter for my personal comfort factor. The placement of the buttons are average, but do feel a little clicky kind of cheap when using them.The sound is tops though! And the noise cancellation works really well, especially compared to most of the ANCs I have tried. The app controls for these are great, and I prefer that to the buttons on the headphones themselves. The battery life is well above average! The Bluetooth range is also superb… I don’t lose connection when I wander around the house… perfect for me in that regard!
