I love this product and it has great noise cancelation features and it has intuitive buttons that are easy to access and make use of it’s functions. The sound quality is also great and not to over the top with bass or treble. For me it’s the right amount of equalization without any post processing effects. The battery life is insane and I use this thing all day while at work and when I come home and barely need to charge it so the 60 estimate on the battery life is definitely accurate. Last but not least is the amazing customer service, I had a problem with the ear foam covering about 6 months after purchase and needed a new ear foam pad and the lady that helped me answered my questions on a Saturday after noon and just gave me a email to send my request with the amazon order number and I can get the replacement. I was very surprised at how fast this was resolved and how open they were to just replace the part and help me out. I was actually a bit skeptical because I’ve had years of bad experience with customer support in the past with other companies. So it was amazing to get actual help with a 1 min phone call to their customer support.

I’ve only had these cans for a few days. I’ll update this review after a few weeks/months with more detail.Initial unboxing, nice packaging & presentation. Product is laid out well with no wasted space or particularly unnecessary packaging. Everything looks fancier than you’d expect for a “cheap” set of cans. These headphones come with USB C to A cable, USB C to standard headphone jack, airline adapter, and a not so impressive tote bag intended to fit cans and all. No complaints, but if you value your cans, a hard case is recommended. For what it’s worth, hard cases can be found for less than $10 USD here on Amazon. When I settle on one I’ll add it to this review with my update. On to the cans. They look great. The colors are not obnoxious like Beats or boring like Bose, just right with a bit of subdued style.Top band feels more sturdy than my now ancient Bose QC does. Adjustment clicks are solid but not loud or plastic feeling, and cushion feels like there could be a bit more but it’s soft enough and doesn’t feel cheap.Ear cup cushions are squishy enough with no hard or uncomfortable pokey points and large enough to fit comfortably over my medium to medium-small ears. The material covering the speaker area is soft and well fitted, though it would be nice to see a big L & R printed here. The up/down pivot on speakers & L/R pivot on band make for a comfortable and customizable fit.I like the way these cans fold up into a nice travel package. When folded they don’t feel fragile and are a small enough package to fit in your carry-on, healthy sized purse, or smaller laptop bag. Still, I’d really suggest a hard case.Buttons are nothing spectacular but don’t feel cheap or wobbly. They’re in an easy to get used to layout, offer positive enough feedback when depressed, and work as expected without annoying delay.Overall weight when wearing could be an issue for some, but not for me. These are no featherweight cans, but not so heavy as to fatigue my neck after several hours of use.Audio quality is better than expected for the price. The Cleer+ app offers several EQ presets & option for user selection, but I’ve mostly used Rock. The other presets just don’t sound good to me for anything from music to audiobooks to movies & tv. I’ll update here when I’ve had some time to play with the user customizable option.Bluetooth pairing works quicky and zero issues pairing to both my Mac desktop and Android phone at the same time. I’m able to watch movies or listen to music from either device while still being able to use the Google Assistant button, no issue or lag. Incoming calls or assistant use pause audio and resume when completed as expected.Call clarity is surprisingly good, with or without ANC enabled, though noticably better with. I’ve made several calls indoors and out asking callers for audio quality and all have said it’s great – even when using often questionable Google Voice over 4G LTE. Using the ANC for calls is a pleasure, very nice to have (most) ambient distractions effectively eliminated, even at lower volumes.ANC works well enough for most inside type ambient noise. Outside noise is kept at bay but definitely not completely knocked out. Obviously, more volume from your tunes helps here, but it’d be nice to not need to increase volume. Keep in mind, you should not expect $500 level ANC, but what you get is far better than I expected for $150 ($119 on sale) cans. This is not just my opinion, check the Toms review. Worth noting is that the mics do pickup wind noise. However, to be noticed the wind has to be mountain top like or standing in front of a fan. In any case, this has not been an issue for me thus far.The Cleer+ app worked painlessly to update the firmware to latest before I started using the cans. The process of upgrading took a few minutes but not annoyingly long and was idiot-proof. Other functions include the ability to rename cans, adjust ANC/Ambient bleed through settings, select preset or customize EQ, and more. One nice addition is the full and easily readable user manual within the app.Battery, it’s Everest like. The 60 hour claim is no joke, these cans go for days and days. I’ve had them for 6 days, used them for LOTR extended edition amounts of movies, tunes & calls every day with ANC mostly on, and still have 36% left on the out of box charge of 93%. Really, where did they hide all that juice, just wow. It will be interesting to see how well the battery maintains this marathon ability over the next year or so.Overall I’m very pleased with my new $119 Cleer Enduro ANC cans. For the price I really don’t think you can do better and I’d expect anyone with appropriate expectations would agree.I intend to revisit this review after a few weeks or months with more detail on how they travel, what hard case they fit well in, battery longevity, and anything else that comes up.
