The ENDURO ANC is an over ear active hybrid noise cancelling headphones with microphones inside and outside each earcup. These microphones take measurements and process information to react instantly and cancel ambient noise.
How is control Enduro ANC Noise Cancelling Headphones?
There are four physical buttons on the Enduro ANC left earcup- a Voice Assistant/Active Noise Cancelling button, a Power/Multi-function button, and two buttons for volume control.
What is the recommended way to clean your Enduro ANC?
You can use a wet paper towel with a little bit of mild soap. Be cautious to avoid water spray into the earcups.

How to connect your Enduro ANC to a smart phone?
With the product turned off, press and hold the power button until the LED blinks white and red. At this point, the product is in pairing mode and you should find "Cleer Enduro ANC" on your smart device's bluetooth list.
Can the Enduro ANC connect to a computer?
Yes, we provide two ways to connect to a computer. If your computer supports Bluetooth audio, you can connect your headphone wirelessly to your computer. If you prefer to connect using a wire, a 3.5mm cable is provided as well.
Can the Enduro ANC reconnect automatically after disconnected?
Yes, when the heaphone is powered on, it will search for the last paired device for 10 minutes and automatically reconnect when in range.
Can Enduro ANC support two connected devices?
Yes, the ENDURO ANC noise cancelling headphones can connect to two devices. To pair a second device, please refer back to your user manual and how to enter pairing mode. And go to your device manually connected your Enduro ANC.
Is the bluetooth connection stable?
Enduro ANC bluetooth noise cancelling headphones uses Qualcomm's QCC5124 solution alongside our rigorously tested antenna design. The result is a faster and more stable bluetooth connection.
How do you clear bluetooth memory?
Starting with the product off, enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the power button and the LED will turn to blinks white and red, keep on the button until you see the LED blinks Red three time. At this time, the product will clear its bluetooth history and power off.
Can I make a call?
Yes, Enudro ANC noise cancelling wireless headphones has two dedicated microphones for voice calls.
How do you enter Ambient mode?
Press the Active Noise Cancelling button to cycle through Noise Cancelling Mode, Custom Ambient Mode, and Off. You can enter Ambient mode by using Cleer+ app.
Is the music automatically paused when there is a call?
Yes. When there is a call, the music will automatically pause. When you hang up, it will resume playing automatically.

Generally, most smart phones that support Bluetooth 5.0 or newer will show a battery graphic in the notification bar of their screen, indicating the remaining battery life of your Enduro ANC noise cancelling headphones. On Android devices, you may also be able to find an exact battery life percentage in your bluetooth settings.
Is there a low battery reminder?
Yes. When the headphone battery is less than 10%, there will be a “low battery” voice prompt.
Is the metal earcup ring removable?
No, the ENDURO ANC's earcup ring cannot be removed.

I have had these headphones for a week now. I have to say they will be one of my favorites! Both pairing and downloading the app. was easy. The sound quality is amazing! Music is clear and crisp. Both noise cancellation and ambient sound features enhance the sound quality and use. The controls are easy to get use to. I was able to take a call, which came in while listening to music. The caller said that they couldn’t tell I was on headphones. In fact, I was listening to my music on my tablet and because of dual connection, the call came in through my phone. Amazing! Overall, I am very pleased with these headphones. You can wear them for hours without any discomfort. Also, battery life exceeds others. The reason why I did not give 5 stars is due to the included carrying pouch. To me, these are premium headphones that should have included a hard case.Updated:After 4 weeks I started having app problems due to a “policy agreement” that was put on the app that caused difficulty in getting to the EQ. Customer service contacted me via email and communicated with me to help fix the problem. This is to say that Customer service is amazing. They stand by their products! Now, the firmware has been updated and app is working as good as before! Thanks Cleer!😁

These have a unique design that is flashy yet understated. The headband has improved in comparison to previous Cleer models, it is much more stable and doesn’t feel as flimsy as the headband on the Flow II for example.The headphones are very comfortable with somewhat roomy ear pads and padding on the underside of the headband.The controls are all on the left side, the bottom button toggling between Ambient, passive, and ANC. The volume rocker sandwiches the multifunction button. a single press of the lower or upper portion lowers and raises volume respectively. the multifunction button is tiny, but easy to find, and handles power on and off for 3 seconds, with 1 press playing or pausing audio, 2 for next track, and 3 for previous track. Each of the buttons is distinct and easy to find by feel.The noise canceling is really great. not only does it block out low rumbling noise significantly, it also reduces fan noise to a good degree. Voices can be heard but if you have music on at even a low-medium volume you could easily miss someone talking to you.Ambient mode is very artificial sounding, with a huge amount of white noise. it’s quite distracting, and not something i’d depend on except as a last resort.Calls were good, but all background audio came through from my side, so these may be best for use in a quiet environment when it comes to calls.Thanks to APTX Adaptive the range on these headphones is steller. i was able to stand in front of a large metal shelf about 20 feet away and between 2 walls, and near a running microwave about 25 feet away with one wall between it and the room where my phone was, and had no dropouts at all. With several headphones that use regular APTX or AAC the audio cuts out somewhat consistently.The sound can be adjusted via the Cleer+ app. There are other features as well, but I couldn’t get the app to recognize the headphones. I even unpaired them from my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried pairing through the app, but no luck.The sound in default mode has a huge bass presence which completely squashes the already toned down lower midrange. Wonky is how i’d describe the default tuning. I’d love to see what the in app equalizer is capable of, because with my phone’s equalizer I was able to give the lower mids some life and smooth the general sound out significantly. Audio companies do several things to distinguish their products from others, creating a unique sound for each product, the tuning only telling part of the story. that said, the tuning Cleer used is not uncommon and generally speaking, can have a weird effect on the tonal balance, making things sound unnatural. It’s the audio equivalent of a Fly in the ointment, or a bubble in a screen protector. The default tuning used on these headphones is a great example of this. That said, the sound I was able to achieve is a massive improvement. So much so that i’ve been using these almost exclusively while my other headphones sit idle.These headphones are a good value purchase. They can’t be used passively with a 3.5 MM cable, as there is not a 3.5 MM jack on the headphones themselves, but they more than make up for that with an outstanding battery life, and great features.

They are okay, not the best not the worst, I use them for win 11, DO NOT get the upgraded bluetooth drivers, the bluetooth driver that works with this for intel bluetooth is…22.30.0.4 the newest ones will NOT work, cut out ALL the time, Also Cleer, you could make them a LOT louder through the software, how I know this is, I used your software on my phone, and Dolby Access program on win 11, and then they are about 50% louder than stock. Can you at least fix this??? A lot more people would buy them if they were louder, and it’s not a hardware problem with the earphones, it’s a software problem.

There are a lot of complaints about multiple brands of Bluetooth headphones that are having issues. I recommend staying up to date on our product firmware as this will always be the best way to keep completely up to date with the changing environments when it comes to mobile device connections. Also, for your volume issue, I recommend checking the Headphone Safety section on your mobile device and see if the Reduce Loud Sounds button if turned on and output is limited to 85dB. This is a common issue and sometimes gets triggered with new updates from your device. Also, keep in mind that hearing health is paramount with us here at Cleer and our products will never exceed a 100dB output. Thank you again for your comments.
