bluetooth headphones with long battery life

I was hoping to avoid shelling out a ton of $ for a pair of Bluetooth headphones that would work with my new iPad Pro. I didn’t want to wear hearing aids WITH the headphones. These headphones are just not loud enough for me with my hearing disability. Alas I coughed up the extra $ & decided to try the beats studio 3 over the ear headphones. OMG what a difference – no comparison. These Cleer headphones are very well packaged, very comfortable to wear, easy to pair with my iPad Pro & I suspect sound good but they just don’t work for me. I am returning the Cleer headphones & keeping the Beats Studio 3 headphones which are awesome.

After wanting to find a pair of headphones to keep in the office, I thought I had finally found what I was looking for.Bluetooth 5.0, USB-C charging, long battery life, and a pedigree of ex-Sony and other audio company employees reeled me in. Their ironless driver tech sounded interesting.Unfortunately, it just doesn’t meet the quality standard I’m looking for. They are perfectly serviceable, but they have issues that make them just not for me.Pros:1. Nice material. They feel well made and look nice. Padding felt decent.2. I never tested battery life, but I’d take their word it’s long.3. Sound accuracy felt acceptable. Nothing tinny in the treble and bass was not boomy.Cons:1. Fit was okay, but not great. Earcups didn’t feel very deep and was noticably shallow with my ears touching the inner material easily. Also the top of the headband did not feel thick enough and with less than an hour I easily felt it would not be something I think I could tolerate for long sessions.2. Sound stage. While it felt reasonably accurate, it was pretty closed off. Treble and bass were okay, but it felt very narrow in my head. This is very common with closed back headphones, but this pair felt isolating in the same way any budget set would and I was hoping for better given the pedigree mentioned earlier. All in all, this didn’t turn out to be the unicorn I was hoping for. I’ll couch this with the fact that my home pair is an Audeze Mobius. While these are half the price, I’m not sure I can say these are any better than half the quality either.Perfectly decent headphones, but I can’t be certain that for $180 you’re getting any better than the $100 or sub $100 pairs out there.

There sure is a reason why it’s called “cleer” I mean the sound is sure is clear and crisp. The only downside is the headphone is built in a way where it may appear big once it is on the head and others may hear what you are listening to when it’s in the ears. But overall it’s not bad at all if you don’t mind these little flaws. It’s beautiful and light, and cheap to comparing to other headphones.

I had to get a pair of Bluetooth headphones for my Samsung phone. I could not be happier. I wear these in a place that has loud music over the building. These are not ultra high end but for my 1 hundred dollars an excellent value. Easy to charge comfortable as hell and just fantastic. You will be happy. I do not like ear buds. They fall out and sort of suck. I may buy a few more just to keep as a back up. If you find something you like, buy multiple. It may not be there again.

I really liked the price point @80$ first and foremost- thats the reason why i got these in the first place. Bass is tight, and punchy lows really noticed; mids and treble clear. They are fantastic , solid weight and build, and feel comfortable with extended wear. Most of the heft are probably due to the battery being 100hrs! Over half more listening time vs anything else on market. Sony wh-ch-500 dont hold a candle. I have a pair of studio sony for recording and these are almost as good minus some treble gains. Totally acceptable! They dont engulf your entire ears, more sit on the tops of outer rim with soft fabric over ear canals. Damn close to noise canceling, you only hear the sound at 1/3 or higher volumes. Weak point (as with ALL headphones) is the neck extension which is pieces of plastic and metal to slide wider or narrower. I like the carry bag they give you to hold the phones wen not in use. The only thing I would like to see is AN APPLE connection cable also included.! Only give you micro-usb for male analog to charge port (wired old skool) or micro-usb connect for android. Also the foam on the neck that sits on your head could be more soft or loftier. At this price point, i got a 2nd set the next day!Again- if u want $500 sound; pay for it. These are head to head vs bose or sony and will have my business for years if they continue to make a consistent product at price points like this!Keep it up cleer!!!
