The quality of these earbuds is extremely good. It is very noticeable over other earbuds. And because of the design it won’t fall out of your ear like other in-ear earbuds. If you are buying these primarily for listening to music, don’t hesitate to get these.

However, I ended up returning mine for a couple of reasons:
    1. I use earbuds primarily for listening to books and podcasts. The voice quality, while better, was not worth the additional cost.
    2. The smart control function is really cool, but if you want to participate in a higher impact activity (technical hiking, trail running) the “head jerking” affect of the activity might trigger an unwanted command. If you are running on smoother terrain this should not present a problem. While you can turn this function off, if you want to use smart control you may have issues.

Because I listen to most of my music on speakers (home stereo, car, etc) I was not seeing the benefit of these earbuds. However, if I do decide to use earbuds for listening to music, I would recommend these in a heartbeat.

After the Arc 3s, The case feels cheaper. Hopefully the hinge won’t break. But besides that, the earbuds themselves are pretty good. Although if you relied on ldac, unfortunately these don’t have that codec but they do have the other ones. So if you are using a creative BT-W6 like I am, then you can use the aptx lossless codec which is of course better. A good way to get back to aptx lossless instead of adaptive is just putting the earbuds back into the charging case and closing it, open it back up and before taking them back out, if you see the LED color change to yellow, then they are already connected via AptX Lossless, if it doesn’t you can reset the Cleer ARC and push the button on the transmitter to switch from low latency to high quality, and that should put it directly to lossless but sometimes it does not show up until you play audio and it lights up yellow in that brief delay right before the you can hear the audio. I like aptX lossless, because it’s not as boomy as aptX adaptive, or slightly thin like LC3 with the transmitter.

Super comfortable and lightweight I can wear these all day with no ear fatigue. They stay secure even when I’m moving around, the battery lasts forever, and the sound quality is way better than I expected for open-ear headphones. Love them!

The Arc 4 Plus open earbuds are a great value. They are incredibly comfortable to wear and I even forget that I have them in if I’m not playing music. I wear glasses, and the ear hook style of these earbuds does not interfere in a way that is uncomfortable.

    Sound?
Clear, crisp, and surprisingly decent bass considering the open ear nature.

    Style?
I normally go for black earbuds and headphones but the white and gold color is quite stylish and compliments what I tend to wear.

    Features?
I’m quite surprised by the amount of features these come with considering the price. The battery life is good and I’ve never run out of battery during heavy use. The call quality is perfect, and whenever I get a phone call I instinctively pull out my Arc 4 Plus so I am not holding my phone to my head.

    Issues?
I’ve yet to have any issues with the earbuds or the case. I’ve had some complications using the Cleer+ App, but Cleer’s customer support was prompt and friendly in helping to resolve my confusion.

    Overall:
These are some of the best earbuds I’ve tried and I think they have completely turned me off of traditional in-ear earbuds. I’ve started to recommend these to my friends and family.
