ARC 4 PLUS Open Ear Earbuds with THX-Certified Sound

As an owner for a while of the Clear 3 (Which I absolutely adore), I was really happy to hear that the Clear 4 is just as good sounding as the Clear 3 while being cheaper. Yeah you don’t get the LCD case, but instead you get a VERY good pair of headphones that fit a little bit better (at least for my ears) and still have some of the most amazing sound stage and seperation I’ve used on wireless ear buds.

The only issue I’ve had with the Clear 3 and these is something absolutely dumb and I forget they are on my ears since they feel so light and easy to use. If I’ve muted them and just forgot to turn the music on, sometimes I’m surprised to find them when adjusting my glasses or putting my hair behind my ears. They are very comfortable and easy to forget they are there.

The sound off of these are incredible. I’m not a super audiophile, but do use headphones like the Sennheiser HD800s at home and sometimes the Sennheiser Momentum 4 wireless headphones, but for easy listening while also having open ears, I have loved these Cleer Earbuds ( at least the Arc 3s, but after testing the 4’s for a little can say the same for this one). The fatigue and stuffiness, even with some of the better IEMS gets to me once in a while, and these over ear designs really lets me just relax and listen to podcast/audiobooks/etc for hours on end without having to take breaks.

For the price, I love them. Not for everyone, mostly if you prefer IEM style, but the clear ARC’s have found a place in my arsenal when it comes to media consumption.

I’ve been using the Cleer ARC 4 Plus open?ear earbuds for a bit now and I’m really happy with them. The open?ear, earhook design is super comfortable and secure — they stay in place during runs and workouts, but my ears never feel clogged or sore like with in?ear tips. I can still hear what’s going on around me, which is ideal for running outside or moving around the house.

Sound quality is excellent for an open?ear design. Music and podcasts are clear and full, and the Dolby/Spatial audio adds a nice sense of space when watching movies or videos. They get plenty loud without needing to max out the volume, and calls come through clearly on both ends. Multipoint Bluetooth is a big plus too — I can connect to my phone and laptop and switch between them without much hassle.

Battery life has been solid. I can get a full day of on?and?off listening, and the case adds a lot of extra time, plus the quick charge is handy when I forget to top them off. The IPX7 rating gives me confidence using them in sweat and light rain. Overall, these are a great choice if you want comfortable open?ear headphones with good sound, long battery life, and reliable connectivity for workouts, commuting, or everyday use.
