The Ultra-Low Latency USB-C Dongle's firmware cannot be updated through the Cleer+ App. See below to download firmware updates for the Dongle.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The dongle must be paired with your earbuds or headphones beforehand to successfully update the firmware.
The installer is only available for Windows at this time. If your Windows PC doesn't have a USB-C Port you may need to utilize a USB-C adapter (not included).
Please ensure that your Microsoft Defender Antivirus software is updated to the latest version.
