Dongle 3 Firmware Updates

The Ultra-Low Latency USB-C Dongle's firmware cannot be updated through the Cleer+ App. See below to download firmware updates for the Dongle.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

This software is for the Dongle 3 only. (Does not work for ARC II Gaming Dongle)

  • The Dongle 3 must be paired with your earbuds or headphones beforehand to successfully update the firmware.
  • The installer is only available for Windows at this time. If your Windows PC doesn't have a USB-C Port you may need to utilize a USB-C adapter (not included).
  • Please ensure that your Microsoft Defender Antivirus software is updated to the latest version.
